it-economics Bulgaria continues to grow its business in Sofia and is, therefore, looking for Consultant Digital Transformation with SAP SuccessFactors.
What you can expect as :
• You will become part of our Human Capital Management Unit. Together with your Team, you will support our customers in optimizing or implementing their main HR- Process in SAP SuccessFactors.
• In the beginning, you will be trained and certified in SuccessFactors if necessary.
• The Modules are:
o Employee Central (Stammdatenverarbeitung)
o Employee Central Time (Zeitwirtschaft)
o Recruiting
o Performance and Goals
o Onboarding
o Compensation and Variable Pay
o Reporting and Analytics
Das bringst du mit
  • Completed degree or similar education
  • Functional and technical knowledge of SAP SAP SuccessFactors with providing customer support/customer orientation & ability to work in teams
  • Strong analytical skills and precise working methods
  • Very good English language skills - required for business communication
  • German language skills are a great plus
